Welcome to CoreStudyWAI! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our app and website (https://corestudywai.com/). By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1️⃣ Use of Our Services
CoreStudyWAI provides educational resources and tools to support your learning. You agree to use our services lawfully and in compliance with these Terms.
2️⃣ Account and Authentication
You may sign in using Google Sign-In. We collect basic profile information (name, email address, and profile picture) for the purpose of authenticating your identity and personalizing your experience. We do not request or access your personal Google Drive files or folders.
3️⃣ Educational Content
All educational materials (notes, books, question papers, etc.) are hosted on secure Google Drive storage managed by CoreStudyWAI. We provide access to this content within the app for your learning. We do not store or access any files from your personal Google Drive account.
Google Drive API Scope Used: CoreStudyWAI uses the Google Drive API with the
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.readonly scope solely to access and display educational materials stored in our admin-managed Google Drive account within the app. This scope does not allow us to edit, delete, or upload files and is used strictly to provide study content for users.
4️⃣ User Responsibilities
- Do not misuse the services (e.g., upload malicious content, attempt unauthorized access).
- Do not distribute copyrighted material unless you have the rights to do so.
5️⃣ Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our
Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.
6️⃣ Limitation of Liability
CoreStudyWAI provides its services “as is.” We do not guarantee that the services will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our services.
7️⃣ Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. When we do, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of the app indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
